Please pass on our thanks to the men who worked on our move on Sunday and Monday. Nothing was too difficult for any of them and we were impressed at how quickly it was done- especially on Monday. As discussed before, we were really pleased about how you took into account our budget limitations. Because we're charity, it was our main worry but I spoke with Brian earlier and he was most impressed by the invoice amount and passes on his sincere thanks. Thanks also to you and Lucy for helping us plan everything in the last few weeks- you really have been excellent, and we will definitely use you again should we need anything moved. I will pass on your number should anyone need a recommendation in the future.

This Charity required a solution that could save them money. We suggested that much of the packing could be done prior to our arrival by their own employees in order to keep costs down. Clapham Removals delivered packing materials and crates 2 weeks prior to the move. As there was a significant amount of furniture to relocate, we carried out the move with a team of 5 men over 2 days, and, as there were two different delivery addresses we opted to focus on one address each day. 30 desks were dismantled and reassembled and the IT equipment was wrapped by us on the morning of Day 1. Day 2 saw us start at 8 am moving the balance of the things remaining . We also arranged long term storage for a number of items that were surplus to requirement at the new locations.
