I can't compliment the Clapham Removals team enough. Having had various quotes that seemed extortionate, and rather cold sales like approach to the whole enquiry - I was (thankfully) recommended Clapham Removals through a friend of mine who'd also used their services and couldn't speak more highly of them, and it was like a breath of fresh air! They took away all my stress and concerns (particularly required when 7mths pregnant) and the team are so personable, it's hard not to feel 100% confident in them. Adam made the initial visit to our property to assess and estimate costs/timings. He wasn't pushy. He was genuine and helpful with his suggestions in how we could cut costs by being more efficient e.g. with packing etc. & gave me great confidence that his team were efficient and would do a great job. He was right! Lucy, the office Manager was also fabulous. She answered all my email queries promptly and having someone so personable and upbeat who also made lots of helpful suggestions, also made all the difference. And finally the muscle! Cam and his co-partner were just brilliant. I can't thank them enough. And have never seen such speed in all my life. They were so careful but so efficient with getting the job done. They covered things that needed protecting if I hadn't done it and got the goods from N.London to Middlesex and unpacked and put in all the right places, all within an hour and a quarter. They were so friendly and just a pleasure to work with. If we have to move again, then hands down I wouldn't think about using anyone else. HIGHLY recommend.

This client was keen to pack herself to keep the costs down and so we delivered her materials when we quoted for the job. On the removal day we arrived in Islington and wrapped a few of the more difficult pieces before starting to load. We used the yellow line outside her property to load, managing to avoid a ticket! Tools were brought for disassembling the bed, cot and wardrobe. We timed our arrival a bit later so we could avoid peak traffic times and get to the new address quicker. As she had done a great job of the packing before we got there, the job was completed in a good time on the hourly rate meaning that our client was pleased with her final bill.
