James and Adam,

I just wanted to write you a quick note to say how great your team were for our recent office move. Because it's our busiest time I know tempers were short and we pushed you pretty hard to start and finish early - and the parking on Regent Street is always a nightmare.

But you worked so hard and made it all happen so smoothly, and your can-do attitude meant that (most!) meltdowns were avoided... in fact I think Matt's first email was sent from his new desk about 20 minutes after Richie & team left on Friday, which has to be a record. The rest of the department were amazed with their lovely new office on Monday and everyone's really happy with how quickly we were able to get back to full working status. When we have to do our next office move (hopefully not for some time!) we'll definitely use you again.

Requirements

The client's main priority was to minimise disruption to the office team, at the height of their busy selling season. This meant early starts and late finishes, so that the employees could start work on Monday morning in their brand new office. Clapham Removals supplied both packing crates and materials in advance, so the firm's employees could pack as much as they could beforehand. On Day 1 we delivered and constructed the new workstations, shelving and meeting room facilities at the new site. Day 2 saw us arrive at 7am, packing the final items and transporting everything to the new office. Working with the IT team, we assisted with the relocation of all the computer hardware, then unpacked and set up the crated contents of each employee's new desk.
